Assisting a European Customer in Developing a Long-Range Electric Bike Battery

A German customer required a 48V 20Ah eBike battery that was lightweight, long-range, and required EN50604 and UL certification. Our engineering team redesigned the downtube battery structure to accommodate the customer‘s frame space, using high-energy-density 21700 cells and integrating an intelligent battery management system. The resulting solution comprehensively upgraded the battery‘s safety, endurance, and durability, enabling the customer‘s product to enter the European market.

Providing High-Rate Discharge Batteries for a US AGV Manufacturer

A US automation equipment company‘s AGVs require long-duration operation, but the batteries they were using previously had insufficient life and unstable discharge rates. We customized a 36V, 100Ah lithium iron phosphate battery pack with high-rate cells and a temperature control design. As a result, the battery‘s cycle life increased threefold, enabling 24/7 operation and significantly reducing the customer‘s maintenance and replacement costs.

Solving the Waterproofing Challenge for a Southeast Asian Electric Motorcycle Project

A Vietnamese customer was selling electric motorcycles in rainy regions. The original batteries had poor waterproofing, leading to frequent after-sales issues. We customized an IP67-rated waterproof battery pack for them, featuring a thickened aluminum alloy shell, built-in reinforced protective columns, and silicone seals in key areas. After rigorous water testing, the battery remained stable even in heavy rain, helping the customer quickly improve their product reputation.
